Welcome to E-VEGETABLE BAZAAR!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services via the website www.evegetablebazaar.in, our mobile app, and WhatsApp-based ordering. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. User Agreement

By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies published on our platform. These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.


2. Product Availability & Pricing

All listed products are subject to market availability.

Prices may change based on wholesale rates or seasonal factors.

In case a product is unavailable after order placement, we may offer a substitute (with your approval) or refund.


3. Ordering & Delivery

A. Order Placement

Orders can be placed via:

B. Minimum Order Value

Minimum order: ₹200

Orders below ₹200 (on WhatsApp): ₹20 delivery charge


C. Delivery Options & Timings

We offer two delivery options:

1️⃣ Standard Delivery (Free)
🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🔁 Backup Slot: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM (if delayed)
💰 Minimum Order: ₹200

2️⃣ Express Delivery (₹30)
⏰ Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (or specific time as requested)
💳 Online payment only
💰 Minimum Order: ₹200

🕓 Order before 5:00 PM for same-day delivery
📌 Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day

Deliveries are managed route-wise and may be affected by weather, traffic, or volume.

4. Service Area

We currently deliver to the following areas in Bhopal:
✅ Kolar
✅ Bawadiya
✅ Salaiya
✅ Chunabhatti
✅ Rohit Nagar
✅ Trilanga

Delivery outside these zones is subject to route availability.

5. Order Verification & Return Eligibility

Customers should inspect all items at delivery.

Perishable items (fruits/vegetables): Report issues within 2 hours

Non-perishable items (dry fruits/dairy/frozen): Report within 24 hours


📸 Clear photo/video proof is mandatory for return/refund.


6. Payment Terms

We accept:
💳 UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking
🧾 UPI Dynamic QR (available at checkout or delivery)
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD for orders above ₹200)


7. Customer Communication

You may receive updates and promotions via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

For support, WhatsApp is preferred.

To opt-out of marketing, reply “STOP”.


8. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be canceled/modified before 3:30 PM for same-day delivery.

After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.

Prepaid refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.


9. Food Safety & Storage Guidelines

Wash all items thoroughly before consumption.

Refrigerate perishable products promptly.

No artificial preservatives are used—consume fresh.


10. AI-Generated Content & Images Disclaimer

Some content may be AI-generated or digitally enhanced for clarity.
Actual product appearance may slightly vary.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide accurate contact/delivery information

Be available at delivery time

Collect items on time

Report issues within the allowed timeframe


Once accepted by the customer/family/security, the order is considered received in good condition unless reported immediately.


12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
❌ Delays due to traffic/weather/logistics
❌ Wrong addresses provided by customers
❌ Spoilage from delayed collection or improper storage
❌ Natural variations in fresh produce


13. Legal Compliance

We comply with:

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006

Relevant e-commerce and digital transaction laws


We source from verified suppliers and maintain hygiene in packaging and delivery.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
