These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.evegetablebazaar.com, the E-Vegetable Bazaar app, and WhatsApp manual ordering. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

1. User Agreement
When you use E-Vegetable Bazaar’s services, including online and WhatsApp ordering, you agree to abide by our rules, policies, and guidelines. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Ordering & Delivery
A. Order Placement
Orders can be placed via:

App: E-Vegetable Bazaar (Download from Play Store)
WhatsApp: 📲 6260170426 (Manual Order)
B. Minimum Order & Charges
Minimum order value: ₹200
Orders below ₹200: ₹15 delivery charge applies (WhatsApp orders only).
C. Delivery Schedule
Delivery Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Same-Day Delivery: Order before 5:00 PM for same-day service.
Route-Wise Delivery: Orders are delivered based on route planning, which may cause delays at times.

We currently provide home delivery in Bhopal for the following areas:

4. Order Verification & Returns
Check your order upon delivery. Any concerns should be reported immediately to the delivery person or within 2 hours via WhatsApp or call.
Perishable items (fruits & vegetables) are non-returnable unless found damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
Non-perishable items (dry fruits, dairy, frozen items) may be returned within 24 hours if defective.

5. Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
💳 Online Payments – UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
📲 UPI via Dynamic QR – Available at checkout or upon delivery
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for orders above ₹200

6. Communication & Updates
Order Confirmations & Updates: You will receive order confirmations, delivery updates, and promotions via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Priority Support: WhatsApp is the primary communication channel for customer support & order inquiries.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving promotional messages, reply "STOP" via WhatsApp or SMS.

7. Cancellations & Modifications
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled or modified before 3:30 PM (for same-day delivery).
After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible once the order is out for delivery.
Pre-Paid Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability
E-Vegetable Bazaar is not responsible for:
❌ Delivery Delays due to weather, traffic, route issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
❌ Incorrect Address Entries made by customers during order placement.
❌ Spoilage due to delayed collection by customers after successful delivery.
