📍 1. Delivery Areas (Bhopal)

We currently provide delivery services in select areas of Bhopal, including:

Kolar
Bawadiya
Salaiya
Chunabhatti
Rohit Nagar
Trilanga

📌 To maintain freshness and on-time delivery, our service is limited to these areas only.

⏰ 2. Delivery Timings

🚚 Standard Delivery

Delivery Window: 🕓 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Order Cut-off Time: 🕔 5:00 PM (Strict)

Same-Day Delivery:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Next-Day Delivery:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

📌 Delivery is route-based. Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
📌 Morning, afternoon, express, or late-night delivery services are not available.

Orders are confirmed manually after verification

Order updates may be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

💰 4. Shipping Charges & Minimum Order

Minimum Order Value: ₹200
Free Delivery: On orders of ₹200 and above
Orders below ₹200 (WhatsApp only): ₹20 delivery charge

📌 Delivery charges are fixed and non-negotiable.

📦 5. Receiving Your Order

Customers are requested to check items for freshness, quality, and quantity at the time of delivery.

Any issue (missing item, damaged or spoiled product) must be reported within 2 hours of delivery

Re-delivery depends on route feasibility and may not always be possible.

⚠️ 6. Delays & Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Traffic or weather conditions
High order volumes or festival days
Sudden stock or route constraints

Customers will be informed in case of any unexpected delays.

🔄 7. Order Modification & Cancellation

Before Dispatch (till 3:30 PM):
Orders can be modified or canceled

After Dispatch:
Cancellation is not allowed

Customers are advised to review their order carefully before confirmation.

Refrigerate perishable items (leafy vegetables, dairy) immediately after delivery
Store frozen and dry items as per product instructions
Always wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before consumption
