At E VEGETABLE BAZAAR, we are committed to delivering fresh fruits, vegetables, dry fruits, dairy, and frozen items promptly and safely to your doorstep. This policy outlines our delivery process, timing, charges, and customer responsibilities.

📍 1. Delivery Areas (Bhopal)

We currently deliver to the following locations:

✅ Kolar

✅ Bawadiya

✅ Salaiya

✅ Chunabhatti

✅ Rohit Nagar

✅ Trilanga

📌 For locations beyond these areas, delivery depends on route availability. Please WhatsApp us at 6260170426 before placing your order for confirmation.

⏰ 2. Delivery Timings

Standard Delivery:

🕔 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Free)

🔁 Backup Slot: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM (only if delays occur)

Express Delivery (₹30):

⏰ 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

📌 Online payment only

🛒 Minimum order: ₹200

🕓 To receive same-day delivery, please place your order before 5:00 PM.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Website/App Orders: Processed in real time via www.evegetablebazaar.in or the E VEGETABLE BAZAAR Android App

WhatsApp Orders: Confirmed manually after verification by our team

Confirmation: You'll receive updates and delivery ETA via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email

💰 4. Shipping Charges & Minimum Order

Minimum Order Value: ₹200

Orders below ₹200 (WhatsApp only): ₹20 delivery fee

Free Delivery: On orders of ₹200 and above

Special/Express Requests: May incur additional charges if accepted

📦 5. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect items for freshness and quantity at the time of delivery

Report any issues such as damage, spoilage, or shortages within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or call 6260170426

If you're unavailable during delivery, we will contact you. A second attempt may be made depending on location and schedule

⚠️ 6. Delays & Limitations

Despite our best efforts, delays may occur due to:

Traffic or weather conditions

High-volume or festival days

Sudden stock/route changes

We will notify you in case of unexpected delays.

🔄 7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Dispatch (till 3:30 PM): You can cancel or modify your order without any charge

After Dispatch: Cancellation is not allowed. Please ensure your order is correct before final confirmation

🧊 8. Storage & Product Care

Perishables (e.g., dairy, leafy greens): Refrigerate immediately after delivery

Frozen/Dry Goods: Store as per instructions on the label

Food Safety Tip: Always wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before use
