We currently offer home delivery in the following areas of Bhopal:

For locations beyond these areas, delivery availability depends on feasibility. Please contact us for confirmation before placing an order.

3. Delivery Timings

📌 Delivery Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📌 Same-Day Delivery: Order before 5:00 PM for same-day service.

📌 Route-Wise Delivery: Orders are delivered area-wise, which may cause delays in some cases.

4. Order Placement & Processing

Website & App Orders: Orders placed via www.evegetablebazaar.com or the E-Vegetable Bazaar app will be processed immediately.

WhatsApp Orders: Orders placed via WhatsApp (6260170426) will be confirmed manually.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/Email with estimated delivery details.

5. Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value

Minimum Order Value: ₹200

Orders Below ₹200: ₹15 delivery charge (applicable only for WhatsApp manual orders).

Free Delivery: Available for orders ₹200 and above.

Special Delivery Requests: Additional charges may apply for urgent or out-of-route deliveries.

6. Receiving Your Order

Check Your Order: Please inspect your items upon delivery for freshness and quality.

Contact for Issues: Report any concerns within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Call (6260170426).

Unattended Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery agent may contact you or attempt delivery at a later time.
