At E VEGETABLE BAZAAR, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality fruits, vegetables, dairy, dry fruits, and grocery items. As we deal primarily with perishable products, this Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and time-bound.
By placing an order with us, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
📦 1. Return Policy
🥦 Perishable Items (Fresh Fruits & Vegetables)
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are not accepted after delivery.
However, genuine quality issues will be addressed under the following conditions:
- Items must be checked at the time of delivery
- Any issue (damaged, spoiled, wrong item, or missing item) must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
- Clear photo or video proof is mandatory
❌ Complaints raised after 2 hours, or without valid proof, will not be accepted.
🧊 Non-Perishable Items
(Dry fruits, dairy, packaged, frozen items)
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Photo or video proof is provided
Approval is subject to inspection and verification.
💰 2. Refund Policy
✅ Perishable Items
- Refund or replacement may be provided only after verification
- Resolution may include:
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Store credit
📌 The final resolution depends on product condition and stock availability.
🕒 No refunds will be issued after 2 hours of delivery.
✅ Non-Perishable Items
- Refunds are processed after verification and approval
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days (bank-dependent)
- Partial refunds may apply if only certain items are affected
❌ 3. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch (till 3:30 PM):
- Orders can be canceled
- Prepaid orders will receive a full refund
After Dispatch:
- Cancellations are not allowed
- Orders are packed fresh and dispatched specifically per order
📝 4. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Complaints raised after the allowed time window
- Issues due to improper storage after delivery
- Taste or size preferences (natural variation in fresh produce)
- Used, consumed, or tampered products
- Bulk or custom orders marked as final sale
- Requests without valid photo/video proof
