While we take great care in sourcing and delivering your order, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to resolve problems fairly, quickly, and respectfully — while protecting the freshness standard we’re known for.

📦 Return Policy


1. Perishable Items (Fruits & Vegetables)


Due to the short shelf life of fresh produce, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, we are committed to resolving genuine concerns:


Please check your items at the time of delivery.


If anything is damaged, spoiled, or not as ordered, inform the delivery executive immediately or contact us within 2 hours of delivery.


Photo/video proof is mandatory for complaints.



🔴 Returns without visual proof or made after 2 hours will not be accepted.

🧊 2. Non-Perishable Items


(Examples: Packaged goods, dry fruits, frozen items, dairy)


Returns are accepted if:


The item is damaged, defective, expired.


The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.


The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.



📸 Clear images/videos must be sent within 24 hours to validate your claim.

💰 Refund Policy


We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:


✅ 1. Perishable Items


Refund or replacement is possible if the product was delivered in spoiled or unacceptable condition, and reported within 2 hours.


We may offer store credit, partial refund, or a replacement based on stock availability and severity of the issue.



🕒 No refund will be issued if the issue is reported after 2 hours or if no evidence is provided.

✅ 2. Non-Perishable Items


Refund is processed after review and approval of the return request.


Once approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.



📌 Refunds may be partial if only part of the order is faulty.

❌ 3. Order Cancellations


Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch. Prepaid orders will be fully refunded.


After Dispatch: No cancellations are allowed once the order is out for delivery, as produce is packed fresh per order.

Situations without valid evidence (photo/video).
