Return Policy
1. Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (Perishable Items)
No returns are accepted once the order is delivered due to the perishable nature of our products.
We strongly recommend checking your order at the time of delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
If you receive a damaged or poor-quality item, please inform our delivery partner immediately or contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Perishable Items
If you receive a damaged or defective non-perishable product (such as packaged dry fruits, dairy products, or frozen items), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Policy
1. Perishable Items (Fruits & Vegetables)
No refunds will be issued once the order is delivered.
If a product is spoiled or damaged upon arrival, we may offer a replacement or refund after verification. Please share clear photos or videos as proof within 2 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Perishable Items
Refunds are available if the product is damaged or defective and the return request is approved by our team.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. A full refund will be issued for pre-paid orders.
After Dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once the order is out for delivery.
