At E-Vegetable Bazaar, we offer multiple secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and American Express

UPI Payments – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps

UPI via QR Code – Pay securely via a Dynamic QR Code at checkout or a QR Code at the time of delivery

Net Banking – Available for major banks

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for orders above ₹200

Digital Wallets – Payments via popular e-wallets


2. Payment Process & Confirmation

Online Payments – Payments via cards, UPI, or net banking must be completed at checkout.

UPI QR Payment – Scan the Dynamic QR Code at checkout or QR Code at delivery for instant payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

A confirmation email/SMS with order details will be sent after successful payment.


3. Payment Security

We use secure SSL encryption to protect all transactions and ensure your payment information remains confidential.

4. Failed Transactions & Payment Issues

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please retry or use an alternative payment method.

If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us for assistance.


5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds – If an order is canceled before dispatch or cannot be fulfilled, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations – Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Contact us immediately for any cancellation requests.
