Please ensure you have exact change or an active UPI app.

🧾 2. Payment Process & Confirmation

Prepaid Orders: Payments must be completed during checkout via Razorpay.

UPI QR at Delivery: A secure UPI QR code will be provided by the delivery partner for instant mobile payments.

COD Orders: Full payment in cash must be made at the time of receiving your order.

Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email with order details.

🔐 3. Payment Security

We use industry-standard SSL encryption and Razorpay’s secure gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant, to ensure your transactions are protected.
We do not store any card or UPI credentials on our servers.

⚠️ 4. Failed Transactions or Errors

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please retry using a different method or contact us.

If the amount is debited but you didn’t receive an order confirmation, contact our support team. Most failed transactions are automatically reversed within 24–72 hours.

🔄 5. Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch): You may cancel your order before dispatch. Refunds (if prepaid) will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

After Dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once the order is out for delivery.
