At E VEGETABLE BAZAAR, we strive to provide a safe, transparent, and convenient payment experience for all customers ordering through our website, Android app, or WhatsApp.
✅ 1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
🔹 Online Payments (Recommended)
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
Accepted modes include:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
- Net Banking
- Supported digital wallets
💡 Online payments are processed instantly at checkout on our website or Android app.
🚚 Pay on Delivery (Cash / UPI)
- Customers may pay via Cash or UPI at the time of delivery
- Please keep exact cash or an active UPI app ready
- Pay on Delivery is available only in eligible delivery areas and may be restricted at our discretion
📌 We reserve the right to disable Cash on Delivery for specific locations, order values, or customers if required.
🧾 2. Payment Process & Order Confirmation
Prepaid Orders:
Payment must be completed during checkout for the order to be confirmed
UPI / Cash at Delivery:
Full order amount is payable at the time of delivery
Once payment is successfully completed, order confirmation is shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
🔐 3. Payment Security
- All online transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
- Secure SSL encryption is used for all transactions
- E VEGETABLE BAZAAR does not store customer card, UPI, or banking details on its servers
Your payment information remains private and secure at all times.
⚠️ 4. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
- If a payment fails, the order will not be confirmed
- Customers are requested to retry using a different payment method
If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed:
- The amount is usually auto-refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 24–72 hours
- Refund timelines depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider

🔄 5. Refunds & Cancellations
🔹 Before Dispatch
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch (as per our delivery cut-off rules)
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days (bank dependent)
🔹 After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be canceled once out for delivery
