Totapari Mango (also called Totapuri or Ginimoothi) is a unique and popular mango variety known for its distinct shape — elongated with a curved, pointed tip resembling a parrot’s beak. It has a firm, smooth skin that’s usually greenish-yellow when ripe. Totapari mangoes are mildly sweet with a slight tanginess, making them perfect for both eating fresh and using in pickles, salads, smoothies, and juices.
Rich in vitamins A and C, Totapari mango is loved for its refreshing taste and juicy texture, especially during the early mango season.
